Accessibility statement
How this site is built to work for everyone, and how to tell me if it doesn’t.
Last updated October 10, 2026My commitment
I want everyone to be able to use this site, including people who use screen readers, keyboards, magnification or voice control. The site aims to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA, in line with Ontario’s accessibility expectations.
What the site does
- Text and controls meet AA colour contrast in both the light and dark themes.
- Every page works with a keyboard, with a visible focus outline and a skip link to the main content.
- Images have descriptive alt text; decorative graphics are hidden from screen readers.
- Animation is reduced or removed when your device asks for reduced motion, and the showreel only plays when you choose or when it scrolls into view, with a pause button.
- Forms label every field, explain errors in words and move focus to a list of fixes.
- Charts are paired with the figures as text or in tables.
Known limitations
The showreel has no sound and no narration; every figure it shows also appears as text in the case studies.
